Sheref Ergun serves as the Nominated Individual at Jothno, where he holds overall responsibility for ensuring that services are delivered in full compliance with regulatory, professional, and organizational standards. With a strong commitment to quality, governance, and safeguarding, Mr. Ergun provides strategic oversight, supports operational leadership, and promotes a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. He works closely with management teams, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure that services remain person-centred, safe, and effective. Known for his professionalism and attention to detail, Mr. Ergun plays a key role in maintaining high standards of care and organisational integrity.

Chirag Pandit – Registered Manager

Chirag Pandit is an experienced healthcare governance and compliance professional with extensive expertise across residential care homes, nursing services, domiciliary care, and supported living. Alongside senior roles as a Nominated Individual, Registered Manager, and external governance consultant, Chirag is deeply committed to placing service users at the centre of service design. He prioritises individual needs, cultural identity, faith, communication preferences, and personal choice, ensuring care is respectful, inclusive, and truly person-centred. Chirag has supported providers to design and embed services that move beyond regulatory compliance, focusing on meaningful outcomes, dignity, and quality of life. He is known for translating regulatory and safeguarding requirements into practical, values-led systems that enable safe, responsive, and compassionate care delivery.
